DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. 
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you 
receive the wrong item, contact us immediately

- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 24-48 hours and resolve 
your issue with a replacement or full refund.

time is 7-35 business days depending on your
